We are an Authorized Service Provider for all things Apple. We fix all hardware and software Mac issues and can replace broken iPhone screens the same day in select markets.
1. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we start the process by running Apple’s in-house diagnostics tool to most accurately identify the problem with your machine.
2. If the problem is covered under manufacturer’s warranty, we order a genuine Apple part directly from Apple and receive it the next business day. If the problem is not covered by manufacturer’s warranty, we will provide the most cost effective solution.
3. Once we have completed the repair, we run Apple diagnostics again to ensure the problem has been fixed. Finally, we give your product a quick clean before it’s ready to be picked up!
The Micro Center Knowledge Bar has 30+ years as an Apple Authorized Service provider.
We have a dedicated Apple Champion in each location who knows all things Apple. This allows us to repair products in-store, without shipping them out.
Everyone who touches Apple products – including yours! – is fully trained and certified through Apple’s program.
Which Mac products are you able to repair?
We can repair any Mac product, any age. Our Technicians are experienced in fixing MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac and Mac mini.
Can you fix iPads?
Yes! iPads are a little bit unique in that we can’t fix hardware problems in-house, but work directly with Apple to get you a quick fix.
Which iPhones can you fix?
We can fix iPhone 6, iPhone 6s, iPhone 7 and 7s, iPhone 8 and 8s, and iPhone X and Xr. In select markets, we can repair your broken iPhone screen within a few hours.
Why is using an Authorized Service Provider so important?
As an Apple ASP, we are required to use authentic, genuine Apple parts in all of our repairs, which keeps your warranty intact! Other repair shops may be able to do the repairs cheaper, but are often using inferior, third-party parts which can diminish the performance of your Apple product.
How long do Apple repairs take?
That’s another benefit of being an ASP! We get genuine Apple parts delivered overnight and can turn around hardware-related repairs in under two days. Many of our Apple services are done the same business day.
